Yeah stress nowadays has became a regular companion, especially youngsters are effected more today,
When I was working, a day without stress feels abnormal to me😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉.
Stress is everywhere, and it is becoming disease or it is like parasite eating you slowly from inside,
Stop overthinking, do meditation , be in a good company of people who makes you feel uncomfortable……….
And don’t fell in love 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😁😁😁😁😁 just kidding.
