Feeling Stuck!! – Lesson

I don’t know why but for past 4 days I’ve been feeling like I am stuck at just one point and my life is not going anywhere at all and I can’t move past this feeling. Every time I try to push away these sad feeling I feel like I can’t actually do anything and there’s a lot of negativity in my mind and I can’t even find any positive things to be happy about…And these feelings are like my mind is saying what am I talking about!! Funny thing is I don’t even know what’s that point I am being stuck at, I mean literally!!! So I’ve searching for some lessons about feeling stuck and through those lesson I am gonna dig into my emotion…

Lesson 1:

Fear is the glue that keeps you stuck. Faith is the solvent that sets you free.
― Shannon L. Alder

(Yes I can relate to this of course!! I think this is the main reason of feeling stuck because I fear about my success)

Lesson 2:

But there was a difference between being stuck and choosing to stay. Between being found and finding yourself.
― Martina Boone, Compulsion

(True…we always want someone else to find out about our problem and want them to motivate us instead of just digging into yourself to find out about own-self)

Lesson 3:

I will breathe. I will think of solutions. I will not let my worry to control me. I will not let my stress break me. I will simply breathe. And it will be okay. Because I don’t quit.
– Shayne McClendon

(So may be sometimes this whole speech works like a charm because I am not a quitter but sometimes its just feels like let it go right? like you know the solution and still you are falling into the problem)

Lesson 4:

Someday, everything will make perfect sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason.

(Totally agree with it)

Lesson 5:

Feeling unsure and lost is part of your path. Don’t avoid it. See what those feelings are showing you and use it.
– Louis C K

(Yes I am facing my problem and trying to see what actually happened)

And lastly…what I am actually feeling:

I felt I was drowning in my negativity. There was no hope of room for patience and no means of escape, no way to either repent or rebel I felt I could not undo the lock.
― Jalaluddin Rumi

(I mean I am totally this right now)
So, what do you think? did u ever feel stuck at one point and don’t even know why then may be you should also start digging into your emotion pole.
