Lessons About Emptiness

Emptiness is always there in our heart and we wonder, why does the feeling of emptiness occupy so much space?

Lesson 1:
Moments of suffering are meant to empty us so that we may have the potential to tap into our truest depths.

Lesson 2:
We become aware of the void as we fill it.

Lesson 3:
Become totally empty. Quiet the restlessness of the mind. Only then will you witness everything unfolding from emptiness.

Lesson 4:
If emptiness is endless, then everything rests in emptiness.

Lesson 5:
It’s not the feeling of completeness I need, but the feeling of not being empty.

Lesson 6:
Emptiness is not a great loss. It creates a great opportunity to fill yourself again and again with great love.
