Lessons About Emptiness

Emptiness is always there in our heart and we wonder, why does the feeling of emptiness occupy so much space?

Lesson 1:
Moments of suffering are meant to empty us so that we may have the potential to tap into our truest depths.

Lesson 2:
We become aware of the void as we fill it.

Lesson 3:
Become totally empty. Quiet the restlessness of the mind. Only then will you witness everything unfolding from emptiness.

Lesson 4:
If emptiness is endless, then everything rests in emptiness.

Lesson 5:
It’s not the feeling of completeness I need, but the feeling of not being empty.

Lesson 6:
Emptiness is not a great loss. It creates a great opportunity to fill yourself again and again with great love.

Lesson 7:
If giving leaves you feeling empty, you’re giving too much to the wrong person.

Lesson 8:
There’s just something obvious about emptiness, even when you try to convince yourself otherwise.

Lesson 9:
In all our searching, the only thing we’ve found that makes the emptiness bearable is each other.

Lesson 10:
Emptiness is a symptom that you are not living creatively. You either have no goal that is important enough to you, or you are not using your talents and efforts in a striving toward an important goal.

Lesson 11:
No emptiness in universe,
love permeates everything.

Lesson 12:
No dream will make you fully happy, because every time you reach your dream, you will feel some kind of obtrusive emptiness alongside happiness!

Lesson 13:
No human being who is empty or dead on the inside can ever see the bright side of life.

Lesson 14:
Don’t despair if you wake up feeling useless or empty. It’s not life, it’s not reality, it’s only your mind.

Lesson 15:
One way to get the most out of life is by creating emptiness and giving away love so the universe can fill it again and again.

Lesson 16:
Deserts are full of sand and winds are full of air,
both are full of something but both look quite empty
and when they get to pair
it’s easy to see they are almighty.

Lesson 17:
There are 200,000 species of fly alone. So the void, the emptiness, must be in you.

Lesson 18:
Do not live for emptiness, do not waste your evaporating life pursuing the vanities of life.

Lesson 19:
You will desperately realize the necessity of casting anchor to somewhere or being chained to someone or something when you are drifting in the emptiness of life!

To dear ekatron…

To be apart to get closer.

Why the emotion when there’s nothing to compare.

To break the pattern to make more puzzle.

Why plant the seed if there’s no sun or water.

Why the care if nothing to see past that.

Suppressing the memories like always.

Why to show that feeling which can only swim through the ocean of dream.

How to dream now?
