Lessons About Tension

We all are tensed all the time no matter what’s the reason and we are always anxious about life or what’s gonna happen…Like my mother says all the time, “I don’t ask any tension to come, it comes to me unwanted”
So, yeah I am not gonna lie I also worry a lot and sometimes I’ve got no idea why I am so anxious about something that’s not even gonna happen. We all like that..and we all want to be a tension free person. But what we forget is we can live our full lives with full of tensions if we just accept it. I know it’s not possible to reduce tension immediately but we can gradually teach ourselves this lessons through our tensions…

Lesson 1:
The tension between what is, and what we dream of, is important. Not to discount what we have, but to hold onto that middle ground, because it’s in there that the magic happens.
— Susan Branch(American author)

Lesson 2:
Body tension will always be present if our good feeling is just ordinary, self-centered happiness. Joy has no tension in it, because joy accepts whatever is as it is.
— Joko Beck(American Zen teacher)

Lesson 3:
The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.
— Sydney J. Harris(American journalist)

Lesson 4:
Life is a series of pulls back and forth… A tension of opposites, like a pull on a rubber band. Most of us live somewhere in the middle. A wrestling match…Which side win? Love wins. Love always wins.
— Mitch Albom(American author)

Lesson 5:
To think that I know what’s best for anyone else is to be out of my business. Even in the name of love, it is pure arrogance, and the result is tension, anxiety, and fear. Do I know what’s right for me? That is my only business. Let me work with that before I try to solve problems for you.
— Byron Katie(American speaker)

Lesson 6:
Some tension is necessary for the soul to grow, and we can put that tension to good use. We can look for every opportunity to give and receive love, to appreciate nature, to heal our wounds and the wounds of others, to forgive, and to serve.
— Joan Z. Borysenko(Leading experts on stress, spirituality, and the mind/body )

More great lessons to learn…
1. When you have no intention then you no tension! Be flexible.
2. If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If a problem can’t be solved what is the use of worrying?
3. Worries and tensions are like birds, we can’t stop them from flying near us, but we can certainly stop them from making a nest in our mind.
4. Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.
5. A day of worry is more exhausting than a week of work.
6. The tension you feel from one person may be the tension you are causing for another.
7. Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow’s troubles, it takes away today’s peace.
8. A life lived in worry, tension and fear is a life half lived…
9. Tension is the great integrity.
10. Failures do what is tension relieving, while winners do what is goal achieving.

— Tao Porchon-Lynch(American yoga master)

Lesson 2:

Love…!!!

Love comes with expectations and I think everyone should remember that always because the more you love, the more that expectation grows so we should all think before act as a love-bird. And when the expectation dies, love dies too because there’s nothing left to say then. Be careful of true love…

Be Strong-Lesson

Lesson 1: You’ve gotta stay strong to be strong in tough times.
— Tilman J. Firtitta

Lesson 2: You can be strong and true to yourself without being rude or loud.
— Paula Radcliffe

Lesson 3: Only the weak are cruel. Gentleness can only be expected from the strong.
— Leo Buscaglia

And the best lesson is:
Whatever life gives you, even if it hurts you, just be strong and act like you are okay…Remember: Strong walls shake but never collapse.

Hair Mask for Long Hair–Naturally…Does it work!

I am always fascinated about my mother’s long hair and the growth of her hair and I’ve no idea how many time I asked her why my hair is not like her, why my hair is so curly, why my hair is not growing. I spend my whole school and college life by applying oil in my hair every single day thinking that one day my hair will be like my mother 🤐 but I always had shoulder length (14 inch) hair and always trimming but everything was in vain so one day I stopped to apply oil because I was starting my varsity life then so for whole 4 years I didn’t apply any types of oil 😷 and didn’t care at all about my hair until one day I realize my hair is screaming for my help now 🤯 My hair got so rough, so frizzy, split end which is the main reason for stopping the growth of my hair at all and obviously I was applying too much shampoo so I needed to take care my hair now so I was thinking what can I do?
So, I searched online and I come up with this idea by mixing all searching 😏

The ingredients are really easy to find and the procedure is much easier than that. And the result will be at last…

Ingredients: 3 large banana (8-10 inch), 3 tablespoon of Coconut, 2/3 teaspoon of castor oil, 2/3 teaspoon of coconut oil. (The measurement can be changed for different hair length)
IMG_20180804_110526
Procedure: Use net cloth for smoothing the banana or else the seeds get stuck on hair which is really annoying 😛 then mash coconut for smoothing and then mix them together with castor oil and coconut oil.
apply this from root to end and keep this for 2-2:30 hour at least and then wash off with shampoo and if you want you can use conditioner last but I don’t use conditioner because the coconut did that already 😃
I use this mask once in a week but you can use this twice in a week too.

The Result: I’ve used this mask 4 times already and the results are actually not bad 😀 New hair is growing, my hair looks pretty healthy, not much split ends, hair falling stops totally and hair bunch becomes much fatty 😜 but I am still not sure about the length and I also braid my hair before sleep at night which is totally new for me 😇 I am hoping to get long hair soon because my hair is healthy now…
