Eating oats to lose weight?

Well, first of all I am not a dietitian or any expert on knowledge of losing weight but I am eating it and I thought of sharing my perception 😀

If you ever wonder that what actually oats does or only eating oats can affect the losing weight or when to eat oats for losing weight. There’s many questions around this item I guess and I was also always wondering about these type of questions about oats and I think you understand now that I actually wanna lose weight 😓

So let’s get to the point…

Question 1: Can you lose weight from eating only oats?
Answer: No, you can’t sadly 😓 but you can actually lose weight gradually if you maintain a healthy eating policy, this process is actually slow so if you want your weight changes drastically then you have to do workout also obviously.

Question 2: What actually happens when you eat oats?
Answer: Oats is a great source of fiber and it contains magnesium, potassium, vitamin B6, iron and many other nutrients which is very helpful for health so actually oats have many health benefit other than losing weight like, it can improve blood sugar level and lowers the cholesterol level and increase the metabolism and also it improves the digestive system so you won’t feel bloated so decrease the constipation problem. As oats have fiber so when you eat it you tend to feel full for quite some time which is actually good for loosing weight and your energy level will boost up.

Question 3: Now, the main question is how oats have been helping me?
Answer: I’ve been eating oats for 4 months now and I think it helps me in some way…
Eating process: take 4 tbls of quacker oats + 1/3 tbls of powder milk and mix this into 1/2 mug of water and cook for 3 mins. Then let this cool down and eat with 2 medium banana or 2 small banana plus 1 apple before 8 am.
I eat oats at the morning 5-6 days a week because I have 6 days of office and at holiday (Saturday) I eat bread or rice. As the lunch time is around 2 pm I always feel full until 11:30-12:00 and maybe after that I feel little hungry but the good thing is when I eat oats after that I feel really satisfy with my meal.
And I feel energetic because of the improvement of my digestive system.
May be you are thinking if I had lose any weight or not 😅 actually not that much (only around 2.5 pounds) because I told you before only eating oats can not help you lose weight that easily and for me its even more slow process because I have a very sedentary lifestyle. Oh and my skin getting kind of improvements for eating oats regularly 😏

Hair Color @Home

First of all my opinion is “Hair color gone wrong 😅”

So what I did to do color my hair @home :
I used shampoo 1 day before coloring my hair but no conditioner.
Step 1 :
Buy color and bleach.
I bought 1 pack G & W 6.5 Medium Mahogany color and 2 packs Fem Saffron bleach (which is used for face so I thought if it’s good for face skin then it’s okay to use it on hair 😋).


Step 2 :
I applied bleach first(used whole 2 packs and mixed everything) but I guess mostly in the front part of my head because I couldn’t understand what was I doing in the back part but I actually wanted my end hair has the most color 😶 then I tied my hair in two section.
So after 1 hour I wash my hair and then dry my hair completely without using hair dryer because that would cause bad effect on hair.

Step 3 :
After my hair was dried completely I mixed all which was in the pack and started to applying the color from the root, that means from the front which was already very much got colored from the bleach and gradually I applied all the color in all of my hair and I was using my hand and I had a pair of plastic gloves on which was in the color packet.
So after finished applying the color I tied my hair in a bun and put on my shower cap and was about to wait for 30 minutes.
But after 10 minutes I was feeling like my back part of the head on fire 🤐 so I immediately removed my cap and touched my hair and it was like burned on fire 🤯 and I have no idea why was it like that 😵.
So after removing my cap I was in untied hair.
And after 30 minutes I washed my hair completely and applied conditioner and literally A lot 🤨 cause my hair kind of felt like brush 😞.
Then I dried my hair without hair dryer because you shouldn’t use hair dryer for 48-72 hours if you color your hair.

The result :
I thought the color is kind of violet or light reddish 😤 and my black hair will shine on the sunny day 🤩 and my end part of the hair would look colorful 😩.
But what happened is 😡 the front part of my head ate all the color, the back part still look black and the color is not violet not even red; It’s dark golden 😲 and when there is sun reflects upon my hair it looks like someone put fire on my hair 😝 but I kind of like this hackneyed effect 🤪

The smell of the new books…

BooksI am missing the smell of the new book for quite some days (may be months 😟 or years) and its actually frustrating for me because I so much love books and I am literally hungry for some new books… I know what people would after hearing this and they would just say, go buy books then right? I know that solution and I want to apply this solution but I don’t know how always some problems came up 😑 so there can be one more solution I can just order some books or request someone to get me the book but actually I want to roam the whole book market myself and search for my book but I couldn’t make that possible like for that I need some help 🤐 sometimes I wish someone just kidnap me and left me at the library where I can find all of the books in the whole world 😍 now you may think isn’t there any of the book that is unfinished at my home? Yes actually there’s two more books which I didn’t finish (I got stuck at the middle 😬) and I just stop reading and don’t want to start and I think there’s some reason for that and they are:
1. They are not new now.
2. They are both in English and I really want a book (badly) which is in my language (Bangla).
3. I want my favorite writer’s new book which is impossible 😭 because Humayun Ahmed died at 2012 and I finished all of his books at 2015 and I think part of me just shut down about books because since then I got irregular about books but after some months actually I recovered that and I really got hitched with the different kinds of books like detective, thriller, crime, horror and most of them are in translation 😁 then I thought nope I need original then I bought some of the English books… But when I was at my fourth year at the university then I was always busy with the varsity then the exams and for some years I was getting addicted to movies and I lost interest on books I guess! and I couldn’t get the time for saying that I need to buy some books 😷 and now I need books in my life and I wanna start with Humayun Ahmed’s magic which can’t happen and I am upset.
But I know how I can cheer myself actually 😊 I want to start reading Tin goyeda series and translation of thriller and crime and detective books 😃.
When I was at school and college, I remember I couldn’t do anything at all if I hadn’t read any book in a day and book was my fuel. I remember one day my English teacher caught me with a story book in the class and he took that book 😛 because story book is strictly prohibited in his class and still I brought that. I was a total book worm back then 🤪 and I was really proud of that. I wanna be proud again.
